Gusto Construction Ltd were successful in negotiating the contract to refurbish and extend an existing BMW, MINI and MOTORRAD dealership for ‘Astle’ near Grimsby, to bring it into line with current BMW corporate standards. Because of the nature of the project, tight budget and the need to accelerate the programme, Studio-G were appointed as contractors architect to carry out a detailed design and value engineering process and help to reduce costs whilst incorporating client changes and retaining design quality.

The project was in excess of £500k and included the high quality refurbishment of the showrooms and external envelope to an extremely high standard using high tech materials and the provision of a new 4 bay valet bay and parts store. All this was carried out whilst the dealership remained open for ‘business as usual.
