This project involved the refurbishment and restructuring of a redundant warehouse building to house the Campbells Research and Development Centre for its worldwide food product business which includes Oxo, Homepride and Bachelors.

Studio-G created a solution that resulted in the provision of offices and conferencing facilities on the third floor; research, display and teaching kitchens alongside creative meeting rooms and testing facilities on second floor; the first floor was left for future expansion and on the ground floor, a large scale development kitchen was provided for upsizing recipes alongside a full scale factory production line for test running products going into production. The envelope of the building was insulated and clad to upgrade the performance and look of the building.
