In early 2017 Studio-G were delighted to turn a planner’s recommendation for refusal into a unanimous committee approval on this exciting scheme of six sustainable homes set in a beautiful woodland area adjacent to the Fossdyke navigation at Saxilby near Lincoln. In order to fully appreciate the unique setting, the living areas have been designed to be on the first floor. The houses are to be raised above the flood plain and will be clad predominantly with timber and glass to reflect the woodland setting. The dwellings are to be constructed to Passivhaus standards.

Due to start on site March 2018.

Construction cost will be approx £2.3m.
