Kesteven Court, South Hykeham is a recently finished project providing 12 one and two bedroom, single storey retirement dwellings for North Kesteven District Council. It was a challenging project that required maximum accommodation on the site yet had to be designed around an existing major sewer running through the centre of the site which could not be diverted.
