Brief:
To utilise existing corporate boxes and extend the existing building to provide a new business centre at the ground. To provide a building solution that would ensure the efficient use of all spaces and maximise revenue. To give the West Stand a facelift and give it a more modern and dynamic image.
Solution:
To fit out the corporate boxes to allow their use as small business offices during the working week, but readily convert back to corporate boxes on match days. To provide a two storey extension providing a reception and improved corporate facilities at ground floor and additional offices, meeting and conferencing facilities at first floor.
