Collingham is a large village located between Newark and Lincoln it contains in excess of 90 small businesses most of which are only one or two people and a number that are international. There is a thriving business club in the village that is eager for opportunities for growth, to the benefit of the businesses and the village as a whole.
Brief:
To provide a new office & workshop development to allow businesses the opportunity to operate in an environment where they can interact and grow. The building was to be sustainable and to be advantageous to the village as a whole.
