This was a Grade II listed house with attached barn that had once been part of the Old Hall in Bunny, just outside Nottingham. The brief was to convert the barn and link it to the existing dwelling to provide modern living accommodation within the listed shell. This involved, careful conservation of the existing structure and an independent interior structure, all built using natural, sustainable materials.
