We were delighted that Gladstone House, the newly completed extra-care development in Newark, was shortlisted as community benefit project of the year at the East Midlands RICS Awards. The brand new purpose-built housing development, for people aged 65 or over, provides 60 spacious and accessible apartments, which are designed with dementia suffers in mind and to meet possible future needs.
