The Ice Cream Parlour at Newfield Farm at Hockerton was developed with the aid of WREN and DEFRA funding to help provide facilities and sustainable employment in the countryside. It was designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard and since completion has proved an phenomenally successful local business.
