After the award-winning success of The Edge Phase I Studio-G are now excited to be working on Phase II, the outline planning consent of which was secured in 2015, and will comprise of 11 ecological low carbon dwellings set in 12 acres of parkland with lake and mature woodland. Phase II will be a mixture of 2 and 4/5 bed dwellings with the aim of achieving Level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
