Following successful outline planning consent being gained in 2016 Studio-G are currently in the detailed design stage for a mixed use scheme located on the edge of the village of Collingham, Nottinghamshire. The scheme, which will be a substantial development for the village, will include 56 market dwellings, 24 affordable homes, a 60 unit retirement village including extra-care facility, 0.75 hectares of business use, and associated public open spaces. The scheme is comprised of numerous dwelling types, including exciting sustainable eco homes that may be built to Passivhaus standards and a selection of custom build homes.

Projected approximate construction cost for the site is £22m.

Work started on site in autumn 2017 and will be compete by summer 2020.
