In early 2016 Studio-G were asked to work with Woodhead Construction through the EMPA Public Bodies framework to assist in relocation of Lincolnshire Fire Services at the existing Police HQ, Nettleham, Lincolnshire as part of an ongoing long term site strategy encompassing space efficiencies and reorganisation of existing facilities. Work thus far has involved major reorganisation of car parking including regrading and resurfacing, new office accommodation including space planning, DDA compliant accesses, accommodation for emergency planning, and refurbishment for the Fire Service. The overall value of the work to date is £2.5m.
